When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 4 business days when standard shipping is selected.

Orders with expedited shipping selected (UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, etc.) will ship within 48 hours if received by 10:00 a.m. PST.

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number(s) via email. 


How long will it take for me to receive my order?

It depends. Delivery time is determined by service selected and destination. Orders are shipped from San Francisco, CA.

Domestic orders will generally arrive within 1-7 business days, depending on your location, once shipped.

International orders will arrive within 1-4 weeks, once shipped.

USPS and UPS International orders will arrive within 1-3 weeks depending on service selected, but may take longer to certain countries or regions.

Delivery times listed at checkout are not guaranteed. All international orders can be subject to customs delays.


How do I return or exchange an item?

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged as long as it has not been worn, washed, or damaged. Grafana and/or Social Imprints is not responsible for postage charges incurred by customers exchanging merchandise. Returns will be refunded to the method of payment used when placing the order for the amount of the original purchase price of the item that is returned.

Please contact support@grafanastores.zendesk.com to receive instructions for exchanging and/or returning an item. Be sure to include your order number and contact name.


Who do I contact if I have questions, comments, or concerns about my order?

How do I track my order(s)?

Your shipping confirmation email will include tracking confirmation.  This email is sent once your order ships.

If you have an account, you can also access this information by logging in and viewing your order history.


Can I view my order history?

You can view your order history on the Accounts page.


My order has already shipped. Can I change the delivery address?

Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address, the customer will be contacted to confirm the address. Additional shipping charges may be required before reshipping order.


Will I be charged for Customs fees for my order?

Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees are determined and assessed by the recipient’s country. Contact your local Customs Authority for specific information and rates. Customs values on orders cannot be lowered or marked as “gift”.


What happens if I am unable to use my tracking number to track my order?

Please contact support@grafanastores.zendesk.com with your order number. We will contact the carrier to confirm tracking. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to show the order has been picked up or an estimated delivery date.


Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Orders can be changed or canceled if they have not yet shipped. Contact support@grafanastores.zendesk.com for any requests.
